From the time of check in to check out, every single member of staff have been amazing. Especially the front desk staff who always explained to the taxi drivers of our destination. One of the best customer service provided here. Walking distance to shops and restaurants

One of the worst hotel I seen. Waste of your money. There are a lot of good hotel at Nicosia except this old hotel. Materials teared, sofa dead, Tv is 20 years ago and rooms are not clear. They charged me 1 more day extra, it was incredible. Never and ever go there again…

Özellikle havuzbaşı restaurantı tek geçerim.Hizmet kalite çeşitlilik süper.Şef Abdurrahman bey herzamanki gibi sıcak ve nazik. Otele gelince Lefkoşedeki tek adresim.Temiz ve ferah odalar,güleryüzlü ve ilgili reception.Kapıdan itibaren kendinizi rahat hissedeceğiniz bir tesis.

Ik snap niet waar dit hotel zijn 5 sterren weghaalde maar niet uit het hotel zelf. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel, dit begint al bij de receptie waar je afgesnauwd wordt door de vraag waarom het internet of WiFi op de kamer niet functioneert. Ik snap dat dit niet voor elke gast een issue is, maar zakelijk onderweg wil ik graag mijn werk kunnen doen op mijn kamer. Meubilair en inrichting sterk verouderd en beschadigd, maar het is wel schoon en daardoor voor mij niet echt belangrijk. Ontbijt is elke morgen weer een verassing of men krijgt wat aan de tafel besteld word, buffet is namelijk zeer beperkt en alleen Turks/Cyprus ingericht, maar goed aan tafel kun je in elk geval je ommelet, gebakken ei , ect bestellen het is alleen de vraag of je het dan ook krijgt? Vraag dan na 15 minuten waar het bestelde blijft krijg je een ontwijkend antwoord van het zeer onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Tevens heeft men personeel in overschot of te weinig werk voor de meesten, want er staan er altijd wel 4 pf 5 bij elkaar te kletsen zonder iets te doen! Apart . Ik denk dat het interne ****** de cash cow van dit hotel is, aan de hotel business zelf kan men niet verdienen op deze manier. Kortom geen aanrader en de sterren die toebedeeld zijn , geen idee of die uit de lucht zijn komen vallen
