I booked a simple confort room for one night. The room is very spacious and clean, i asked for a double bed and we got it but unfortunately they juste put two single beds next to each others. We had two different sheets and that was kinda weird but it is a detail. We have always been very well welcomed with a smile, and the place is very cozy and cute. The only thing that i didn't really appreciate is that the housekeeping did nock at least 4 times in our room in the morning from 10am until 11:30am. To see if we already left the room or not, when they should have the information from the reception if we did or check-out or not. The 3 first times it was alright we didn't mind that much, but the last time i guess it was the governess she actually came, opened the door and screamed at us in german. I felt very attacked and invaded by here attitude. It was 11:30 but we have been told we could stay until 12 if needed. Unless this displeasure i do recommande this hotel. Chloë Michiels

Das Airport Hotel Cologne liegt an der Autobahnausfahrt Troisdorf, ist gut zu erreichen und im Motelstyle. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen schnell zurück gelegt.Wir bekamen als Award Kunde ein Upgrade auf ein Buisnesszimmer, das war für eine Nacht ausreichend groß, hatte ein kleines, sauberes Bad.Check in und out schnell und einfach. Frühstück bekamen wir nicht, da wir schon um 4.30 Uhr das Hotel verlassen musst um zum Flughafen zu fahren.

We, were satisfied with the service as it was offered here. The only lack is that there is no seat in this building complex. We were satisfied guests. Rooms, breakfast, service and the price were good. Only the missing seat was a problem for us. Three floors with baggage that was too tough for me. From there we will probably not come back ... Who doesn't care about the missing chair, will find a priced alternative to the costly accommodation prices in Bonn for a hotel in Arcora Hotel. What I felt very good was in the staircase, on both sides of the stairs and climbs, the double handle that was present at the staircase as on the wall. Significantly more relaxed than in Cologne directly and yet the ideal starting point for the Cologne trip. Best to go to Cologne by train at weekend. Breakfast is completely OK. Bed comfortable. Checkout absolutely more than enough. Clean was it with us too. Price performance ratio fits.
