If you want to spend an unforgettable vacation, then you've come to the right place! In my family-friendly vacation paradise, both children and adults are offered a 120 m² oasis of wellbeing. In the large garden, the children can let off steam to their hearts' content, while the adults marvel at the flowers. You can also play table tennis, dig in the sandpit, swing, use a large amount of toys and relax after a nice day at the pavilion in the evening. The property is fully fenced and is additionally limited by a modern gate system. The location is very quiet and central at the same time. The center of Niendorf and the Baltic Sea beach are only about 500m away and can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. In Niendorf there are numerous restaurants, several bakeries, a harbor, a promenade as well as many leisure activities and entertainment options. The bird park and the Aalbeek-Niederung nature reserve are only a few minutes away from the holiday home. If you come by in winter or if the weather doesn't play along, the comfortably furnished house offers you great facilities to make you feel good. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 free-standing beds and 1 youth room with 2 beds, 1.70x0.80), 2 bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and a modern kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher). There is also wireless WiFi and a television with satellite / cable TV. There is a washing machine for your use in a separate room. For relaxation, the 20m² large winter garden with a fascinating view of the garden and the adjacent nature reserve Aalbeck-Niederung is recommended in every season. But also the cozy living room (25m²) gives you the opportunity to get away from everyday stress and just enjoy your vacation in the comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace or in the comfortable dining area. There are also many exciting excursion destinations outside of Niendorf. The beautiful Travemünder Promenade, Timmendorfer Strand with its diverse tourist offer such as B. the Sea Life Center, Holstein Switzerland with its many lakes or the old town of Lübeck with its impressive churches are always worth a visit. A trip to "Karls Erdbeerhof" and to "Hansapark" is particularly worthwhile for families. If you want to go on a longer excursion, you can also visit Hamburg, 75 kilometers away, or make a detour to Denmark via the ferry port from the island of Fehmarn. All this and much more makes Niendorf and its surroundings such a fascinating travel destination. But it's best to come by yourself and get your own picture. Niendorf Ferienwohnung in bester Lage Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, es gab einiges an Spielzeug für unsere kleinen und auch den Wintergarten haben wir genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns super gelegen für alle Art von Ausflügen auch Lokale zum Essen sind einige in der Nähe.
