Good location, 2nd line from the sea and the beach. Friendly and helpful personnel, quick check-in and very easy check-out (just leave the key on the reception counter). Garage is available at extra fee. Delhaize food store is just next door, very convenient. The 2nd line street is full of shops.
Breakfast is very basic, but served on the 5th floor, with a balcony facing street side.
Sea View Single room on the 1st was way below expectations. No AC in the room, just a table fan. Furniture is a bit outdated and room design far from being cheerful. Only a fraction of sea is visible from the window. Poor sound isolation, it was heard every time when people entered or left the hotel, especially during night time.
Overall experience: unfortunately the hotel didn't meet our expectations and the price we paid.

We kwamen aan met onze 10-jarige dochter. Die was meteen verkocht door de ligging, je bent zo op het strand! We regelen ook via het hotel de parking, wat een stuk in de gemoedsrust scheelt, geen gedoe, geen gezoek naar een parking die vrij is... We kregen kamer 46, een driepersoonskamer, het hotel is ouder, daar kan je niet buiten, maar wel proper! Voor ons is dat de maatstaf bij uitstek. Luxe mag je ook niet verwachten, maar in principe ben je er enkel om te slapen! Het ontbijt wordt gegeven in de ontbijtzaal op de vijfde verdieping met zicht op zee! Het ontbijt is verzorgd en voor de prijs zeer goed. Verse broodjes, sandwiches, ruime keuze beleg en zoet, vers fruit, yoghurt en een gekookt eitje! Prijs/Kwaliteit zeker een aanrader!

Alles sauber, klar etwas älter vom Stil her aber um günstig eine gute Unterkunft zu habe perfekt! Das Parken kostet 12,50€ pro Tag. Man hat einen gratis Kühlschrank und von der Dachterasse einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer! Beim Frühstück ist auch alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Die Angestellten sind überfreundlich!

Hôtel idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la digue. Le personnel est très sympathique, bien qu'il n'y ait pas toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil. Mais ça ne pose aucun soucis. Un numéro est disponible si nous souhaitons joindre quelqu'un. Concernant le déjeuner, il est simple mais efficace et copieux. La terrasse permet même de déjeuner dehors. Nous avions pris une chambre double avec vue mer. Elle était suffisante et correcte. La salle de bain a récemment été rénovée et est donc très pratique et propre. Les produits "Rituals" disponibles dans la douche sont un vrai plus ! Seul petit bémol : la vue mer est en réalité une 1/2 vue mer. Je m'explique : un bâtiment en rénovation se situe entre la fenêtre et la digue et gâche la moitié de la vue. Mais ma vue est tout de même agréable, si regarde sur la droite. En résumé, Hôtel sans grande prétention mais très correcte. Ce n'est pas un luxueux complexe mais nous ne manquons de rien !

The terrace on the roof is very nice with seaview and coffee and tea all day round. The sea view from the room
is not worth paying extra for. nice bathroom! and very nice breakfast.
