The room for the children was fine, met everything.
The bridal suite we were in needed some extra attention. The air conditioning didn't work and the jacuzzi started bubbling on its own a few times without water while we were trying to sleep...

Busreise mit Unterkunft im Hotel Golden Tuplin Ein wunderschönes Hotel, scheint komplett neu renoviert Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, mit Boxspringbett, die Dusche ist bis auf eine Leiste ebenerdig. Der Raum war gut temperiert und es bestand die Möglichkeit für Kaffee oder Tee am Zimmer. Frühstücks Büfett war hervorragend. Es fehlte an nichts. Kaffee, Cappuccino, ... konnte man sich am Kaffeeautomaten holen, soviel man wollte - solange man die Geduld dafür aufbrachte, bis die anstehenden weg waren. Gar nicht einfach, wenn 48 Personen auf einmal frühstücken wollen. Das Abendessen war erste Klasse. Schön dekoriert und serviert und geschmacklich sehr ausgezeichnet. Zur Vorspeise gab es Suppe, ein Hauptgericht und eine Nachspeise. Zum Service. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nur wer deutsche Geschwindigkeit gewohnt ist, wird da sehr schnell ausgebremst. Gleich heißt in dem Fall, kann schon etwas dauern. Beim Servieren und Warten auf den nächsten Gang hat man schon ne Menge Zeit, sich mit seinen Tischnachbarn zu unterhalten. Kam auch vor, dass mal der Löffel beim Cappuccino fehlte, aber auf Nachfrage, bekommt man ihn dann doch. Sprache: Es wird Niederländisch gesprochen und Englisch Umgebung: Industriegebiet

Wij wilden met Wonderbox voucher op zak een nachtje boeken. Hierdoor werd de prijs met € 40,00 verhoogd omdat men niet meer met Wonderbox wenste samen te werken. Ik heb alle problemen aan moeten horen. Als gast heb je daar natuurlijk helemaal geen behoefte aan. Zelfs directeur Hamburger bleef maar in zijn ellende vastzitten maar hij sprak me tegen toen ik meldde me niet welkom te voelen, geen hospitally te ervaren, ik wil geen “waarom niet”, ik wil openstaande deuren. Met Wonderbox ben je niet welkom en we besloten om het Ampt over te slaan. Zonder Wonderbox zal ik er ook nooit boeken, je bent er gewoon niet welkom! U kent de kracht van een oplossing niet meneer Hamburger!
