あたたまりが良い温泉でした♨️ コスパ良く温泉を楽しめると思います。 浴槽が快適に利用できる人数が三人程度と小さいのに洗い場が5人分あるので混み合うとキツイと思います。 お部屋は清潔で充分な広さがありました。 海の眺望はほぼ無し　道を渡ったら小学校とあまり良いロケーションではありませんが湯の浜では間違いなく破格です。

First of all, I entered the building and was surprised that the facilities were beautiful. The staff at the front desk and breakfast restaurant are a squeaky and kind impression. The room was necessary and sufficient, the bed was semi-double hard and I rested slowly. The negative is that it is far from the station and there are few restaurants.

We got room 203, with two double beds. The room was standard JP biz hotel sized, in other words small but manageable. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The room lighting was dim and the color temperature of the lighting was on the cool side. The bathroom was classic old- style biz hotel, very compact, with the sink faucet taps serving both sink and shower wand via a valve. The sink’s faucet spigot swiveled over to fill the tub. Breakfast was well below average for a Route Inn. Usually, it’s a very good breakfast but not at this location. The staff were a bit stiff, but professional. The communal bath was small but very good. Overall, below average. I suspect that most people carry on to Akita, only 40km farther, they pass Yurihonjo by and they just don’t get the traffic to invest in the place.

Sakata with my wife＆Tsuruoka 3 nights and 4 days trip I used 1 nights (other 2 nights: Tokyo first ﾎﾃﾙTsuruoka). The reason I chose this is because I wanted to enjoy the scenery of the night [Yamai Warehouse]. The accommodation was ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾓﾃﾞﾚｰﾄ (room size: 15m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140cm) 2 rooms. ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ is 2 ﾀｲﾌﾟ and another ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ (room size: 14m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 120 cm) is also available. We used JR and visited Sakata, so we went between JR Sakata station ～ﾎﾃﾙ ﾀｸｼｰ (about 900 yen), and city sightseeing started at ﾎﾃﾙ and on foot (because the weather on the second day was raining). Breakfast stopped ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪ, and it was fixed ｽﾀｲﾙ, and ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙ was easy to [ﾏｽｸｹｰｽ (paper)] I had a good impression, because I had trouble with ﾏｽｸ in other ﾎﾃﾙ. Dinner wants to eat fish dishes with ﾀｯﾌﾟﾘ, and use [tomishige] which is a walking distance from here, and there is [ｽｰﾊﾟｰ Yamazawa Yamai Cho store] [ﾄﾞﾗｯｸﾞﾔﾏｻﾞﾜ Yamai Cho store] in front of ﾎﾃﾙ, and even if there is something necessary, it is easy to get it. I am a Hong Kong tourist, I don't know Japanese, the front desk staff only understand Japanese, but there is no problem because the staff is very patient. The room is clean and comfortable, the cheapest room type is the room, only the toilet, the wind and lu share (shared place, but can be locked when used, single or with friends). The room type for the second night is expensive. It is a foreign room. It may be a lot new because of the renovation ratio and the room, and there is a private bathroom with a bathtub. Because I am traveling by bicycle, the station is very convenient to step over 1.4 kilometers, and there is an indoor parking lot. There are Lawson and aeon in5-8 minutes on foot. The hotel 3/F has a microwave oven and vending machine; 2/F has a smoking room and a comfortable underground lobby.

One of the best traditional inns (ryokan) in Sakata! Staff are very friendly and especially interested in foreign guests. Was able to have great conversations and learn more about Sakata! There are English-speaking staff, English menu and other information translated into English. Rooms are clean and cozy and the herbal bathhouse (ofuro) is open 24hr. Free bicycle rental is available and so all of Sakata’s tourist attractions can easily be visited within a 40-minute walking radius. Lunch in Wakaba is also open to non-guests and is always priced at ¥800. Even among the locals, Wakaba is known for its delicious food! Halal food can also be provided if requested in advance. It was an amazing stay!
