The hotel is in the same area as Robinson. There is no breakfast but it is very convenient to walk to the mall. The room size is just right, not too small, clean and reasonably comfortable. The TV can also watch Netflix. But I don't like that the bathroom door has gaps at the top and bottom. As a result, when doing heavy errands, the smell will come out and disturb others. It's not appropriate to go with someone you're not close to.

Excellent location, very nice staff and we will definitely stay again. The beds are very comfortable and the pool bar is very accommodating. 5 stars.

Overall, Hotel is quite fair, and clean for a short stay. Located quite close to a industrial area. However, there is only street food selling at the night market near by. The big problem is staffs cannot speak English at all but they are good in services.

Convenient, close to the government center, calm, clean, wide double bed, wide bathroom, cool air, in front of the accommodation, there are many shops.

Stayed in Royal Phala Cliff Beach Resort for 2 nights of business travel. As it's a business travel, the main criteria for the hotel is the vicinity with the company in the area. And this is supposed to be the ”best” hotel in the area. Upon arrival, the building looked impressive with open air lobby and good lighting. But what good initial impression I had, immediately disappear upon entering the room. Based on other reviews, I was perhaps lucky to be placed in the main building as it's easily accessible with better furnishing condition. But even then, the condition easily falls in under maintained. While the room is large (and clean as far as I saw, but I dared not to try to look into details), to say that it doesn't have enough lighting is an understatement. The spotlight above the Television was broken and I asked them to change it before leaving for dinner. Upon returning, they put a table lamp in front of the TV...which made me suspect the problem was not with the lighting bulb but perhaps on the cabling or light switch. The TV only have local channels. The bathroom, while again, it's clean, looks really outdated with no barrier for shower, making the bathroom floor prone to getting all wet. To top it off, there seemed to be no hot water (same condition with my colleagues in 3 other rooms). Breakfast was standard, enough quantity, edible, but nothing special. While I do appreciate the staffs that seemed to help as best as they could, Royal Phala Cliff must really improve on upkeep or risk further plunging into the cycle of declining guests-income-maintenance budget.

The room is very beautiful, very clean, new room, complete equipment in the room. good service staff Food cooked to order, delicious, the scene came well, worth the price ordered. The room looks OK, has a bathtub, and breakfast is included. But the price is half the price. Honestly, we didn't expect much. Because I thought that I would probably just sleep for a while. Another day, I had to rush to catch a boat to Koh Samet. So I took a hotel that was affordable. 🛏We stayed in the Deluxe room. The price paid was 1,2XX baht. The staff provided good service and gave good advice. What was impressive was that the room had full amenities like a five-star hotel. The room is spacious, has a balcony, and a soft, comfortable bed. Automatic toilet, dryer, iron + ironing board provided. (I really like this one. Even some five-star hotels don't have it in the room at all. You have to borrow a screen. This one is available in the room. Start winning🤩) Not only that, there's also wifi in the room of its own. There's a router in the room, too. Smart TV, lying down and watching Youtube, Netflix, very comfortable. The bathtub in the bathroom is a large tub. Soak in a very comfortable soak. You can slide the door in the bathroom and lie down and watch TV too, which is good, comfortable, and most importantly, I love that the price is easy on the wallet. Breakfast is a buffet style with complete tea and coffee. There is room service. There is a bar on the 3rd floor.
