Breakfast was good. Private Airbath onsen was amazing. They provide all amenities including pyjamas. It has river views. Staff was okay.
Big premium rooms are smoking ones. I believe they are doing their best to remove the smoking smell from previous usages but unfortunately there is still minor smell.. I did not mind but my girlfriend did mind. We specifically selected non-smoking room from trip.com so we got half reimbursement for that after contacting to them so I have no complaint. We could not catch the dinner which ends at 20:30. Overall that was fine.

The customer service was very good.
However, the shower in the room was unusable.
Also, the toilet wouldn't flush if the water was running somewhere in the room.

This was my first time using this hotel.
I was a bit worried because the exterior looked old, but the interior had been renovated and was clean, with the atmosphere of a resort hotel.
There was an open-air hot spring bath on the balcony, which I enjoyed.

It was great to have an open-air bath in the room ^_^
The large communal bath had a sauna, and I was impressed with the spectacular view from the open-air bathing space ✨
The buffet was delicious and amazing ♪
