Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki

This is a popular all-inclusive resort! We stayed on a Saturday, but the various play areas and pool facilities were spacious and relaxed, so it didn't feel crowded at all. The dining area was in one place, so there was a problem with the flow of food, so we had to wait in line, but we arrived a little early so we managed. The hot springs were also very nice. There was a mistake in entering the child's information, so Trip.com contacted us in advance, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Since I was traveling with elderly people, it was difficult to get to meals and the large public bath. The location of the room was disappointing as it overlooked the station and not the river. The shoji screens separating the rooms were covered in dust. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

It was amazing! They really had everything. The dining room was huge and they gave us 90 minutes. There was a huge variety of delicious food and drinks, including alcohol. There were also several onsen baths, both indoor and outdoor. It was definitely worth a visit for relaxation. It was mostly Japanese families; there weren't many foreign tourists, which was nice and peaceful.

I'd like you to leave some more drinks in the room.

The hotel is large, clean, and the food is delicious. It's perfect for a family vacation.

The buffet had a good selection, but because we stayed on the weekend, there was a line of about 30 people at the buffet entrance, and we had to line up again to get our meals, which was a bit disappointing. The facilities and customer service were impeccable.
