The reception area and restaurant were lovely and the food was great. The setting was really beautiful with great views and pool was lovely. The cottages looked lovely from the outside but were quite tired inside and quite damp. Appreciating that they were left unused during covid. Nice stay despite torrential rain!

Great location at the centre of tea estates and a great set of staff led by Babu who work hard to please . The resort itself is a little too small to even qualify as one and hardly has any amenities for large family outings . Food is average at best with limited choices that are made to suffice for a meal but nothing to write home . Went there as a large group and regretted it as soon as we walked in . Go here only if you are looking for a cheap quick getaway and don’t mind the lack of privacy or rooms that smell musty . Pics have been clearly photoshopped. Only saving grace is the staff who do everything they can to please . The ***agement clearly lacked intent while designing the rooms. It’s a good place but not with the 7 hour drive from Bangalore. Does not help that it’s in the middle of the *** elephant conflict zone with you getting warned that there could be elephants anywhere you walk outside the resort that was also a mood kill .

Good tidy place, with a beautiful view of the tea gardens and a small water park within. Staff is courteous and friendly. Good veg food. Non-veg was not well cooked. Overall a good weekend getaway. Kids will enjoy here as they have pool and kids play area.
