The cottages are something which are extremely cozy and spacious at the same time. The main attraction is the view of the hotel and the overall view of the city. Highly recommend for the families if they are visiting Ooty. The area is also nearby to the city.

arrogant staff, no concern on complains also
not even basic amenities like no hot water, no room sleepers, water logging, insects in room

I had stayed there twice. View is very good. Rooms r old but good. Amenities are very good. Food is average. Staff is very polite and cooperative…………,,,,,……. Market , tourist places all r near by. Apart from avg food I think rest everything is very good

Overall I had a great and comfortable experience here. Friendly staff and the location is nearest to all attractions. Transportation is provided and the drivers are so friendly. Complementary breakfast was really tasty and the food in overall was great. I highly recommend this place for stay in Ooty especially for couples.

We stayed here in May 2024. View was amazing from the rooms, well maintained. But food was not good, its pathetic. Otherwise staff was very supportive & addressed all our needs. Connected roads, easy to commute. Overall we had a great time here.

On the second day of my stay when i came back to my room after my outing i saw that the room is full of dirty water and the staff were cleaning my room, the bags which had baby clothes and the baby pram was wet with dirty stinking water from bathroom, although they cleaned the bags but they did not give me any discounts based on my experience and inconvenience. The rooms were below average and not worth the money they charge for it.

Poor service, first few days food was bad and one day they forgot to deliver dinner even after 4-5 calls and has to finally go out at 10:30 pm to eat outside.
