Stay was very bad no good service. Breakfast is not at good. No flush in bathroom. Staff don't have responsibility.

We stayed here for one day, we have choosen this place especially for the view and rooms were superb and view from room was superb over all the ambience was v pleasent. Mr. Pradeep had provided very good service. Feel like home!

Rooms, stay, service and valley views are good. Complimentary breakfast needs to be improved. Items are less, served items also not good in taste. For the cost food is below average. Can visit once. That’s it.

Mountain trails resort such an amazing and beautiful stay with marvelous view and it was worth the money everything was perfect and the food was very good and tasty. The resort was maintained neatly and they helped us immediately for our needs must try please go for it

Only good thing about this hotel is the view, everything is downhill from there. 1. Rooms were not that clean, sheets were smelling, had to argue with the guy to get it changed. 2. There is no service, even to get a glass to the room took hours (not exaggerating) 3. Food is terrible including breakfast. 4. If you are lucky enough to get the food there, they don’t take away the plates till next day. 5. No zomato service available at this place nor is there any good restaurants within the 10km radius. This might be good option if price is at around 2k but anything above that is waste of money and vacation full of regret.

Staff were very friendly. Nitesh did a great job serving awesome food. View is to die for. Perfect location. Highly recommended
