The hotel is located in top of the hill. And place is calm, peaceful and the hospitality also fine. But the room is not completely clean. Wifi was not available. Bathroom also not completely clean.

A big thumps up for jolly sir who is very hospitable and helped me in coordinating other trips in ooty. About the location, its a serene place with a good garden, a mountain view with mist and the food is yummy too.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay little away from the crowded city, then this is the place. Relatively small hotel but the view from the hotel and rooms are amazing. Really close to the nature with full of mists and green surrounding. Even the staff there are very supportive. It is little away from the city but that is the beauty.

It's a very calm and beautiful location. The staff and ***agement were very friendly, and the food they served was ok. But the bedsheets, pillows, and blanket they provided were not good. I found some safety pins under my pillow when we checked in to our room. And i felt some fall smell from the bedsheets. Overall it's an average hotel. I will suggest this for bachelors. It's not that much ok for families.
