Very ordinary rooms except suite so clarify upfront before booking pathetic food, unprofessional service , basic amenities lacking like freeze, kettle, poor furniture , small rooms , poor finishes , aesthetic ness and very high charges so avoid for god sake , rating seems managed

Wondeful stay and super experience. Only choose valley view room, it provides awesome view to mountain and valley side. All other basic rooms are utter flop and don't provide any view. Food and service is simply wonderful. Nature is the prior one here, no other fun activities, park or pool included. Just stay calm, have super food, and relax. That's all

Ooty to here 30 minutes journey no hot water this property not for family clean good weather good break fast not test i will give 3star

Our stay at Tranqville Resort was very nice, thanks to Ajith & staffs they were very helpful and made our stay super easy and comfortable. their service is super fast. i had no problem at all. Book the cab prior a day.

The stone room i had booked had a common balcony, but the view was stunning. The property is a bit far from the city and on top of a hill, so it was very peaceful and beautiful. Cons - if u have your own vehicle, it's good to choose this place as u won't find anything nearby and once u r in resort u have to be there. To go the ooty bus from the resort charged me 1k and vice verso and to roam around even more which is a choice so i won't complaint on that. In-house restaurant serves u good but not great food and the portion comparing the price was very very less. Leaving behind commute and food i literally don't have anyother complaints. It's a must visit property and u will enjoy the place for sure.

It was excellent experience in tranqville resort, superb location, good food, very cooperative staff

the scenic beauty is awesome around the property. though the staff was very helpful but i don't know the reason of delay in service and i had to move out without brushing my teeth as i missed out tooth paste bring your paste with you as you don't find any shop nearby also the food last order is at 9:30 though staff took our request at 9:45 but this timing should be increased as there's no food joints nearby. overall nice ambience.

The overall stay was pleasant and we loved our stay. The food was sumptuous, tasty and reasonably priced. We did not find any safety issues.

Very good location neat and clean rooms some service related issues but overall excellent stay
