We got off the train late, 45 minutes walk, very tired, the hotel is hard to find, and there is no separate toilet, the bed is a bit hard, the toilet is a bit small, I can't find the hairdryer, but the price is cheap.

disgusting hotel I took a room with a shower twice the shower did not work, I burned myself several times because no hot water available or problem with a water tank I think there was too much nobody in the shower, no towel and no soap available! For a price of 147 euro for 2 nights, it's the last time in my life that I have set foot in this seedy hotel, thieves! I hope to discourage more than one, because for the same price you with a 4 star!

One cannot have high expectations for a budget hotel and this is really a basic one, albeit our room was clean and provided the bare essentials, such as a tiny double bed, more suitable for a person, and a tiny bathroom with shower, where it was impossible to use the wash basin without splashing on the floor. The room feels even smaller if you’re tall, which I am. At the reception, there are vending machines and in the evening a food truck provides basic food fare such as french fries and hamburgers. The location is very close to the motorway and the only reason I chose it. If you don’t want to use your car and you have time to visit the city, there’s the bus n. 7 going to the Esplanade from which you can visit the Arena and the center. NB there are better budget hotels nearby.

I have comunicated with Mrs. Elise, who is responsible person for group bookings. Like each time, it is great to cooperate with she. She is profesionally, if we need some changes in the bookings, she is so helpful and nice.

Cheep and cheerful, perfect if looking for a place to sleep between travelling. Booked a side car room (two single beds and sink in room), which was €35 a night, and had shared shower room and toilet. Room was very clean, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. Location was a bit out of the way, but there was a bus stop just a few minutes away with busses going into the centre of the town.

Low-end hotel, not worthy of the F1 franchise. Friendly welcome. Room supposedly for a family of 6 but not suitable for a baby. Television non-existent in 2023. Toilets flooded every time and dirty. Shower not used because dirty and with a baby it didn't work. Normally F1s provide soap and towels. We had nothing provided. Beds not made on arrival, to be made by us. This is more than limited. Having specified that we had a baby, a more suitable room should have been offered automatically. The bathroom should be in the bedroom instead of having two sinks, one of which has no light. Noisy.

A very good hotel that I recommend without hesitation... Indeed, just perfect quality/price ratio and, moreover, on time, the rooms are perfectly cleaned daily, a warm and very pleasant welcome (the reception etc.)...

Staff were pleasant and welcoming, breakfast ok. The room was clean and generally good value for money. I recommend, especially for quick trips. In short, I will definitely go back... Mention to Arbia, who had a smile every time.

No fitted sheet. You sleep on a dirty mattress pad. Clumps of hair in the bathroom. And we respond to you when you send an email: in our hotel we do not put undersheets.
