Atour S Hotel Ningbo Tianyi Square Heyi Avenue

The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls, making dining and getting around very convenient. The room was also very clean and tidy. I really appreciate that the bath towels, bathrobes, and hand towels were all individually sealed in disposable bags, which prevents them from being used without being changed.

It feels like this hotel is an outsourced part of the Ningbo Grand Hotel next door. The facilities are a bit old, and they were renovating the walls during my stay. I didn't get to try the breakfast. The Grand Ningbo itself is still quite good though!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with tons of attractions nearby. We were offered tea upon arrival and a bottle of water when we checked out, which was a nice touch. Laundry facilities were convenient, the room offered a great view, and the air conditioning was powerful.

Compared to the Atour hotels I've stayed at before, the room here is a bit small, probably because it's in the city center. I also didn't notice any welcome amenities or coffee. However, the bathrobe was really comfortable, I loved it. Overall, it was quite comfortable, the cups were pretty nice, and it was convenient to order takeout after I made my own drinks.

Facilities: Very new and upscale. Breakfast is on the 9th floor with both Chinese and Western options. Environment: Clean and high-end, with very convenient transportation. Service: Warm and welcoming. They even have robots that deliver takeout to your room. Hygiene: Clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo.

On my vacation to Ningbo, this hotel exceeded all expectations! The service was excellent, the soundproofing was great, and room service delivered items quickly. The amenities were comprehensive, the shower was comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and was very clean. They even offer a 'Midnight Porridge' buffet from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, featuring porridge, steamed buns, dumplings, and various side dishes – it was so comforting and thoughtful. Truly exceptional value for money!
