This hotel is centrally located in Ningbo's Eastern New City, making it super convenient to get to Culture Plaza and Hankyu. The front desk even upgraded my room, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a fantastic value for money.

The Lereal Inn is in a great location and is a great price for the view and comfort. Unfortunately the non smoking room I requested has definitely been smoked in a lot and leaving the windows open was the hotel’s solution. Other than the smell, the room was clean and comfortable.

The service was good however the amenities was very bad. There’s only 1 washing machine and 1 drier for the entire hotel to use so we weren’t able to do our washing. The room was clean however the hallway had a very strong odour.

Hands down, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
First off, the elevator was incredibly loud, kept me up all night. My request to switch rooms was denied.
Second, the bath towels were all damp when I checked in. I suspect they were leftover from the previous guest.
Third, there's no parking, and they actually charge for it!
Fourth, the staff were incredibly slow and unhelpful. You'd have to call them at least three times just to get anything delivered to the room.
I'm never coming back!

Really good! It's super close to the subway and the breakfast is delicious. It's also very convenient for shopping nearby, with Hankyu and other places not far off.
