Crystal Orange Ningbo Tianyi Square

The facilities are excellent and very new! There's a restaurant and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The whole place feels clean and bright. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive! They even gave us a welcome gift, and we could ask them anything at any time. Definitely great value for money.

The location is excellent; I've mostly been using shared bikes these past two days, and getting around has been super convenient. Service: The staff were all very friendly and patient. They even upgraded my room! It was the end of the holiday, so I got incredible value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Ningbo.

This Orange Crystal Hotel has become my top choice for business trips due to its recent opening and excellent location near Heyi Avenue. The in-room amenities are fantastic, catering to a variety of needs, and I particularly love the mattress. The bergamot scent in the lobby and rooms is lovely, and the laundry room's dryer is a lifesaver for travelers. You just drop your clothes in at night, write down your room number, and by the next morning, your dry clothes are already hanging at your door. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

During my 9-day trip, I visited several cities, and each time I confidently chose Orange Crystal Hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh and delicious food! The room design made me look forward to returning to the hotel to relax. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower always had high water pressure and hot water. I felt completely at ease staying here ❤️. Oh, and one more thing: there's a speaker in the room with relaxing sounds to help you fall asleep – definitely try it if you have trouble sleeping! 🥰

The lady who checked me in was very enthusiastic. The room itself was pretty standard, but the location is excellent. The gentleman who checked me out was also very service-minded and promptly responded to a couple of minor issues. If I come back, it'll definitely be for the great service.
