ReMAX Remai Planet E-Sports Hotel (Raffles Bund)

I'm here for a business trip and have already stayed eight days. I just topped up my membership with 1000 and then extended my stay for two more days through their mini-program, only to find the price had increased. I was just extending my stay, and I'm planning to stay for 20 days in total. They're clearly raising prices for the May Day holiday. During the day, the price for extending over May Day seemed okay. But after I topped up my membership, when I checked again in the evening, the room rate had instantly jumped over 100 yuan. They're price-gouging and taking advantage of loyal customers. Every time they clean, they come when I'm resting. When I ask them to clean, they just clean other empty rooms. They really don't treat long-term guests well, probably because they think I'm easygoing.

The room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped.

The location is excellent and easy to find. Raffles City shopping mall is right next door, and the subway entrance is less than 30 meters away, making getting around incredibly convenient – Gulou is just one stop away. The night views are also beautiful, and it's very quiet.

Fantastic! The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for plenty of fresh air. The overall environment was incredibly comfortable, and the seating was excellent.

Fantastic location and excellent value for money. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was super friendly and always quick to help with any problems. This would be my top choice if I visit Ningbo solo again.

I initially booked a king room, but the space inside was so 'generous' that I could barely sit down. It was definitely not what I'd call a king-sized room! However, the 'blackout room' I ended up with was actually pretty good.

The guy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful; he even gave us a free room upgrade. The room was spotless, had amazing natural light, and the three large windows meant it was really well-ventilated.
