We stayed one night for a beach and snow weekend for my son’s 4th birthday. Location was perfect for this and room was great! Service at the front desk wasn’t great as many of those working didn’t want to try and speak with us and waited for the only employee who spoke English. Pool was also a little old but the kids didn’t care!

Just a leisure two days trip.. The hotel was well located close to the Meishan beach Park, the port museum and the ice and snow world - walkable distance. The staffs (especially front desks) are quite nice, always willing to help, and ready to give a cookie on request (highlight of my trip).. They had a huge variety of tasty breakfast options for locals and international.. Only issue was the squeaky cupboards in the rooms.. Oh... They have a gym and swimming pool (in-use, which is great post-covid) ..

Welcome was amazing with a warm cookie that was delicious even on a hot day, and it was hot. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and assisted us with a friendly smile and efficiency. I would definitely recommend it and I am sure to visit again soon. Best Hotel we have visited in China within it’s cost to service ratio. You get real value for your money and this experience is therefore unmatched by any other hotel we have stayed at. From arrival, you are welcomed at your car with a friendly portar that accompanies you to the reception desk with your luggage and after check-in to your room. Check-in was quick and easy with the friendly and efficient staff. We had only told the hotel it is an anniversary stay. Our room was made-up with folded swan-towels on the bed and scattered balloons with rose petals. You can go for a walk throughout the area all the way to the nearest swimming beach built on the lagoon (Ningbo Binhai Thousands of People Sand Beach) entry fee of 30RMB per adult on weekdays and 60RMB on weekends. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has a bar where you can have cocktails and food professionally made with some of the best ingredients. Don’t get dissuaded by the price tag. (I would however say the service is extremely good but slow during the week at the bar. ) Be patient, relaxed and enjoy the bar. It is worthwhile and great value. Would highly recommend the Burger and Mojito. The staff left us a complementary fruit and cake basket with a bottle of wine and some soup for a night snack. You can visit the Chinese Fishing Village in Xiangshan. It cost about 646RMB to go there and back and the ride takes between 90 and 120 minutes. Entrance is 60RMB per adult. You can rent a tent and chairs at the beach for 100rmb for the first hour and 50rmb for each additional hour. I would highly recommend taking your own towels with some water bottles to wash your feet when leaving the beach. You can pay 25rmb per person at the facilities next to the beach to wash your feet or take a shower(the facilities are not good). There are slow Quad Bikes to ride on the beach and Jet Ski’s on the water. The quad bikes are about 100RMB for 15 minutes. Room service can be sent to your room with the food kept warm in a small oven under the kart for your convenience. When requesting some water or small items at night, the staff can sometimes send the items with a robot to your room. The hotel has a swimming pool that you can use anytime within the schedule. We could use the swimming pool any time between 08:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening. You can request a towel at the pool reception desk on the swimming pool floor. I would highly recommend this hotel for a break away from busy life. You can come here to relax with world class service at a valued price.

The front desk lady, Amber, was considerate enough to upgrade the sea view room. Although it was cloudy for a few days, the view was still good. The room was of suitable size, and the terrace had good privacy. The fireworks by the lake were beautiful on the fifth day of the first ***** month. There was a 39% discount on hotel meals on Sundays and Mondays. The cookies at DoubleTree tasted the same as they did more than a decade ago. The swimming pool was a bit cold.

The service is very good, warm and thoughtful, responsive to every request, the room is also very large, and it is very convenient to play and dine around the hotel. It's a pity that the time was too short. It rained one day, and many interesting attractions around it were not visited. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

I stayed at the hotel during the Chinese New Year and asked if I could see the fireworks. Miss Krace immediately upgraded me to a sea view room with a view of the fireworks. The room was very clean and the stay was very good.

Booked a children's room for New Year's Eve, you can see the fireworks, the room is generally OK, there are many types of breakfast, Leo and Xyla provide good service. The cookies are also delicious, but for parent-child travel, the hotel does not have children's activities, and the playability is average. The nearby Ice and Snow World is good!

A hotel I stay in repeatedly, very cost-effective! I often come here on business trips, and the service is really good. This time I also added the housekeeper Tara's WeChat. The sea view room I arranged was comfortable and the location was good in all aspects. The housekeeper's service was considerate, so I stayed another day. The Christmas dinner I had in the restaurant today was also very rich in variety. I was very happy.
