Hotel is excelent, allways I choose Pan Pacific Ningbo because the service is very well. Specially I have to tell, las time I made a mistake with my reservation then I talked with Mrs Lynn Liu and she helps to me very profesionally. I recomend this hotel without any doubt.

Very nice hotel, however our air conditioner was broken. Someone came to fix it, but it only worked for a few hours, then it went back to being hot. Nonetheless, the rooms are fantastic, the gym is great.

An unforgettable experience from my stay at the hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the furniture is modern. The location to access to the expo was very convenient, although the streets nearby were cut by works. Staff was helpful and the room had all the amenities you might need. Will definitively come back.

The location is in a business district so there is very little to do apart from shopping and in-mall dining. The hotel itself is pretty good and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite.

This hotel is very good with not expensive price. The location is in the middle of office town. So there are not much restaurants or bar around, that would be the only unconvenient. But all the staffs are very kind, the quality of every facilities are exellent. If you take a taxi, you can get in 20 minutes to 老外滩。
