A true 'recharge station' indeed! This place is a one-stop shop for shaking off fatigue, enjoying great food, and boosting your mood. The service is attentive and the hygiene is top-notch. It's my go-to spot for business trips and travel. I'll definitely be back if I need to.

Five stars, highly recommend the Shangri-La Hotel Ningbo! I specifically chose this hotel for a trip with my parents, and the entire stay far exceeded our expectations, making it incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's overall decor is grand and elegant, the public areas are clean and bright, and the rooms are spacious. The soft furnishings and bedding were very comfortable, and my parents were especially pleased. I particularly want to commend all the staff at the Horizon Club Lounge. Their service was meticulous and incredibly thoughtful. Our dedicated butler, Wenby, was professional and attentive, proactively helping us register our car's license plate in advance, saving us the hassle of dealing with parking entry and exit. Knowing we had several people in our party, she promptly arranged an extra bed for our room. Her efficiency and reliability, along with her thorough consideration for every aspect of our stay, were truly impressive. Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. This unexpected gesture added a touch of warmth to our busy travels. From the hardware facilities to the humanistic service, the hotel truly excelled, and every small detail reflected the staff's dedication. It's perfectly suited for traveling with elderly parents, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. The next time I visit Ningbo, this will still be my top choice, and I sincerely recommend it to all my fellow travelers!

On behalf of my parents: This time, the service at Shangri-La was truly exceptional. As soon as we arrived, Guest Relations Manager Roman helped us switch to a river view room. We were moved to the 32nd floor by 9 AM on the 11th. The manager and staff at the Executive Lounge were incredibly warm and welcoming. Before we left, Roman even arranged for sandwiches and cake for us to enjoy on the train. Special thanks to Roman, and Manager Chen and the staff at the Executive Lounge. They really added a wonderful touch to our short trip.

The hotel's location is excellent with beautiful views. Anna, one of the staff members, was wonderful; she communicated proactively about our needs and arrangements, and was always prompt in responding to any questions we had during our stay. The Executive Lounge was impressive overall, with great food and service. Leah and Xiao Li were particularly attentive and friendly. My only minor suggestion for the lounge would be to vary the daily menu a bit more. Our room was cleaned and tidied very well, and the housekeeping staff were clearly dedicated. For a hotel that's been open for over ten years, it's very well-maintained, and the signs of age actually add to its character. The shower head connection and the base of the bathtub faucet had minor leaks. It didn't affect our use, but it's something that should be looked into for maintenance.

Both the public areas and guest rooms show meticulous attention to detail, truly embodying a five-star experience. I opted for a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the three rivers and their banks. Waking up to the morning mist over the river and enjoying the neon reflections at night, every moment was a picturesque scene. The bedding in the room was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, demonstrating thoughtful service throughout my stay, making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo.

I was able to check in at 1 PM and was upgraded to a river view room, which offered a beautiful night view. I had been a bit worried due to some online reviews mentioning the hotel being old, but upon checking in, I found it to be very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and they provided complimentary bottled water and local snacks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff at the entrance, in the lobby, and at the restaurant were all very attentive and provided excellent service. It's conveniently located, just a short walk to the subway and K11 Art Mall. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Excellent value for money! The package deal was genuinely good, even the light dinner was a buffet with decent quality food. The room truly offers a wide river view, with an unobstructed panoramic sight of the three rivers. The staff were also very friendly. A very pleasant experience overall.

The room wasn't very spacious, but the river view was a plus. However, the facilities were quite lacking. The moment I walked into the room, there was a strong smell of smoke that even opening the windows couldn't clear. I had to ask the front desk for an air purifier on the second day, which really should have been taken care of before guests checked in. Also, the room suddenly made a strange, loud noise, like a pipe bursting. When I called guest services, the engineer said it was because the air conditioning in the next room was on. It's ridiculous that the air conditioning in one room would affect the neighboring one. Furthermore, the cleaning staff threw away my empty beverage bottle without asking if I needed it, even though I specifically bought that glass bottle to use as a cup. When I called guest services, the cleaning staff brought it back, claiming they thought empty bottles were useless and that it was on the shelf, which was a blatant lie. And then the hairdryer was broken; I had to call guest services twice because they seemed to disbelieve me the first time. Throughout all this, the hotel offered no apologies whatsoever. On a positive note, I want to commend the bellhops – those young gentlemen were attentive and very friendly. Thank you to the bellhop guys! 🌹

Facilities: This hotel lives up to its five-star standard. It's grand and impressive, and although it's been open for years, it's very well-maintained. The front desk gave us a room on the 26th floor with a fantastic river view 👍. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Service: The service met five-star expectations. Overall, this stay was very comfortable and satisfying.
