The location is fantastic! It's just one subway stop from the train station, and Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake are only a 6-minute bike ride away. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even offered complimentary mung bean soup every day. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the four small bottles of mineral water, which were convenient to carry around. The service was excellent. I requested a higher floor and they were able to accommodate me by changing my room type. My favorite part was the great swimming pool and gym facilities. Perfect for working off those extra calories after a good meal!

Our stay was an absolute delight! The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room offered breathtaking views, and our child loved looking out at the river and city skyline – it was such a peaceful moment. ✨ The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, with delicious and exquisitely presented desserts, fresh seafood, sashimi, hot dishes, and a wide selection of fruits. The restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable, making for a wonderful dining experience. The service was thoughtful and impeccable. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. After a year, I'm back at the Nanyuan Hotel in Ningbo, and it's just as delightful as ever! Last year, I was won over by their thoughtful service and it stayed with me. This time, the stay was again perfect, so comfortable and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised when they kindly upgraded my room for free during check-in! 👍 The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. During my two-day stay, the service was thorough, detailed, gentle, and enthusiastic. All my requests were handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication and care. I truly felt a warm 'home away from home' experience. This established hotel consistently delivers quality, with warm and attentive service. Its prime location is perfect for both leisure travelers and business stays. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo. Next time I'm in Ningbo, I'll definitely choose Nanyuan Hotel again!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and it exceeded my expectations! The Guest Relations Manager provided excellent service, and they even sent up some small snacks in the evening ❤️ The view from the 21st floor was also amazing, with a great view of the river. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, but the taste was just average. I wasn't aware that breakfast hours were extended by half an hour on weekends until I was informed during my Monday morning meal. There are dining options nearby, which is convenient. The surrounding area is quite accessible, and I could easily walk to several attractions within 1-2 kilometers.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to nearby attractions, many of which are within walking distance. It's also not far from the subway station, making it easy to get to places further away. I only found out upon checking in that this was the first five-star hotel in Zhejiang. Considering how many years it's been, the facilities have been well-maintained and renovated. The service is top-notch; all the staff are very friendly and proactively greet you, and they're quick to assist whenever you need help. The room had no strange odors, was very clean, and well-kept. During my multi-day stay, they even provided complimentary snacks.

The room was quite spacious, and I loved that I could soak in the tub to relieve stress – the water pressure for showering was excellent. The food was great, the service was top-notch, and it was super convenient to get around with a subway station nearby. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the view was really impressive.

This is a fantastic hotel, a well-established five-star in Ningbo. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, with lots of local Ningbo specialties, like `hui tuan` (I'm guessing this is a specific local dish, perhaps a dumpling or pastry, which might not have a direct English equivalent, so I'll leave it as is or try to describe it if more context was given). The staff are super friendly and always greet you. A special shout-out to the server in the buffet restaurant who was exceptionally kind to the children. The swimming pools are also very clean; there are two, a smaller one with warmer water and a larger one that's still a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius. However, for breakfast, some dishes were only labeled 'Chef's Recommendation' without their specific names. What exactly were those dishes?
