The hotel's front desk service was excellent! 👍 The location is also perfect, making it super convenient to get around. Whether you're walking or using a shared bike, it's really easy to explore the area. Plus, there are tons of great dining options nearby. All in all, it was fantastic!

This hotel is incredibly close to Tianyi Square and Chenghuang Temple, and there's a tour guide right outside (and Xu Xin?). It's also super convenient to get to Tianyige Pavilion, and you can explore the whole area in an afternoon. When I got back, cold drinks and fruit were delivered straight to my room, which was a fantastic experience! The room was spotless, and the big window was a huge plus. The front desk staff even recommended a garden-facing room for me. It was so quiet at night, I felt like the earplugs provided were completely unnecessary. P.S. The coffee was free too!

Great location, good service, and the breakfast was decent. The lady working in the breakfast area was especially wonderful – she clearly loves her job and has such a warm presence. The only downside was the self-service laundry room; there's only one dryer, so you have to wait ages. It would be amazing if they could add another one!

The hotel is perfectly situated within the attractions and bustling areas, with the City God Temple scenic spot just a short walk away. The front desk staff were genuinely polite and helpful. Breakfast was included, and a special thanks to the chef who prepared the noodles – they were delicious! The only downside was that the air conditioning sometimes got quite hot at night, which I hope can be improved.

Booked this for my parents, and they said they were very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, bright and spacious, with complete facilities. The service was excellent, warm and thoughtful, and they even received a fruit plate upon check-in. Parking was convenient, making it very friendly for self-drivers. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was excellent.

Got upgraded to the Crowne Plaza next door. While it's a bit more upscale, the facilities are a little dated; the TV was an old model. Couldn't get it to work at first, so I called engineering, and they were pretty efficient at fixing the problem. Plenty of parking, and it's close to the City God Temple. The room was reasonably clean and relatively quiet. Overall, not bad.

The hotel management is quite good, the facilities are decent, and the service is prompt. The robot delivery is fast, making it a standard business hotel. I suggest adding a brand sign at the entrance, as Baidu Maps leads to the Crowne Plaza entrance, and it's hard to find Holiday Inn Express downstairs. Also, the hotel breakfast is free, and I recommend Ctrip app to indicate that breakfast is included, otherwise, guests might miss out! The hotel breakfast offers seafood noodles, which looked quite appealing, though I didn't try them as there are too many delicious options at Tianyi Plaza. I ended up trying the popular Zhangfuji instead, haha.

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the location is superb, very close to the City God Temple.

The hotel's location is great; turn right and it's a short walk to the pedestrian street, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. We switched to a room not facing the street, which was quieter. It was a good size, well-laid out, and the cleanliness and service were also good.
