Everything was great, from the central location to the convenient transportation. We were very satisfied and check-in was handled quickly.

This room offers incredible value for money! The lobby is really unique, and the room itself is very clean. The bedding was super comfortable. It's also really convenient for Wanda Plaza, and getting around Ningbo by taxi from here is a breeze.

Pretty good value for money, and the lobby has a unique design. The front desk and coffee bar are integrated, which I didn't realize at first. The cleanliness was good, and the service was prompt. However, I didn't receive the welcome fruit mentioned in my booking; perhaps they forgot after the previous guest checked out.

Every time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

The room facilities are quite complete, clean, and comfortable. All the front desk staff are very service-oriented and responsive to every request. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the night scenery, and when the curtains are drawn, they provide a light-pollution-free environment for a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that during my two-day stay, it was exceptionally hot, and two out of the three elevators didn't have air conditioning, which made them a bit stuffy.

Everything was impeccably managed, and the service experience was superb. Yool was incredibly warm and attentive, making our stay exceptionally satisfying.

The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a good night's sleep. It's perfectly adequate for daily living. The hotel security is excellent, guaranteeing a safe stay, and the service staff are genuinely kind and straightforward, with no hidden agendas. There were no hidden fees, and the check-in process was simple and convenient. It's ideal for short stays or quick stopovers. I highly recommend it to all travelers!
