Excellent service and a great stay; the front desk even upgraded my room for free! The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The front desk had a Chinese style with a pleasant aromatherapy scent. The lobby was quiet and even had coffee available, which was nice.

I don't understand why they wouldn't even let me ask for an extra blanket, especially since I said just an extra sheet, no need for a duvet cover 😂 I'm naturally sensitive to the cold, and I always ask for an extra blanket when I go to a hotel. This is the first time the front desk has refused me, and they looked at me like I was making some heinous request. The blanket in the room was very thin, and the air conditioning wasn't working well either; even at 28 degrees Celsius, it only felt like 22. I ended up sleeping in my down jacket and socks, and it completely ruined a very important workday the next day.
