Finding the hotel can be a bit tricky. If you arrive by taxi, expect a short walk after being dropped off; driving yourself would definitely be more convenient. It's located by the river, offering a pleasant view, and the area is generally very quiet and peaceful with no outside noise. However, the soundproofing from the corridor leaves a little to be desired. The facilities are fairly standard. While the exact location might be a bit challenging initially, its overall proximity to local attractions is actually quite good, as most places aren't too far away. The service was excellent; upon check-in, they even provided welcome treats like iced mung bean soup, tea, and other beverages. Breakfast was just average, but it covered all the basic items. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay.

The staff does not spake English but has proven relatively helpful when I needed desperately help with my broken phone. The staff was not excessively practical, even with language barrier it could have been easier to communicate.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and suite-style. The larger room is nestled within the smaller one, and both rooms have windows. Parking is available, and the location is quiet and off the road.

The hotel is very close to Lotte World, which made it super convenient for our visit. The hotel environment was great, and check-in was very fast. They also offered free luggage storage, and the service was excellent. They even gave a complimentary kids' toothbrush and toothpaste to my child, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a great experience!

Hotel facilities are new, the little sister at the front desk is very good, the room is clean and tidy, there is free flower tea and welcome fruit, but fortunately, the fruit can be washed and eaten directly, there is a chain food store at the door downstairs, it is convenient to travel, there is a bus not far from the door to the train station

This is a great little boutique hotel. In the center of Luotuo, it offers access to lots of restaurants, activities and easy transportation to the locations that I need to go to and Zhenhai. The front desk staff does not speak much, English, but they went well out of their way to be able to communicate with me. They have an on-site self service laundry, but one of the attentive front desk service people offered to do the laundry for me at an unbelievably good price. That is service above and beyond. Do you want a little adventure, and cultural interaction, I would highly recommend this hotel at a steal of a price.

I found this hotel temporarily because I was not feeling well on the way back from a trip. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very new, the beddings and other items are very good, and the bath water is very good. I had a good rest and I will stay here again if I have the chance.

Environment: It is very convenient to dine in the surrounding area. I came with friends. The entertainment place at night is next door. I went to play with friends until midnight. I was very happy and satisfied. Service: The front desk service is very enthusiastic. They patiently explained the facilities in the room and talked about the dining needs. The front desk recommended several restaurants with different flavors to us. When we asked the aunt on the floor for the room number, the aunt kindly helped us take the luggage to the room.
