The room was very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the service was very good. I felt at home when I arrived at the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the entrance of Ningbo Station North Square. The hotel's service and convenient location make it my unique choice for travel.

Across from the railway station, nice room, everything worked inside. Don't expect 5 star cleanliness for this price, but it was good enough for me. Loved playing with the smart xiaodu device. Had it open and close the curtains, the lights and the tv. Kids would have loved it.

This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries. During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments. Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

Great hotel very convinient location The staff were very helpful and friendly. I do left my mobile phone there and hotel tried to call me and They kept it for me. I strongly recommanded this place and definitly would stay here again.

I used to live in Ningbo and was familiar with this hotel, being in a central location, as well as its bar where I had had a few enjoyable nights with friends over the years. I was pleased with the overall experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and courteous (they helped book me a taxi at the end); room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
