因孩子摔傷不給退房。然後半夜兩點去入住，告知滿房，投訴完平台，又告知可以原單入住，拒不退款。前台大叔態度很囂張，還説隨便投訴哪裡，他沒收過我們錢！請問我們的房費去哪了？！
