1、設施沒有及時檢修，淋浴噴頭是壞的，洗完澡噴得衞生間到處是水，衣服也都被水淋濕了。
2、服務意識需要提高，退房時告知前台該情況，前台居然沒有任何歉意，很無所謂的説了聲哦。
3、房間隔音效果也不好，臨街的房間很早就能聽到街上的車輛聲，很影響休息。
這次入住體驗相當不好！酒店要引起重視、進行整改，才能做出好的口碑！

The room is spacious and clean. It is the best hotel in Ningguo. It is very comfortable to stay. The service is warm and makes you feel at home. Especially Zhang Dadai at the front desk. He has a good attitude, is meticulous and patient, and I highly praise him.
