廁所沒紙巾，第二天退房時候跟前台反應，前台第一時間不是説道歉跟客房反應核實，而是第一時間説怎麼可能，客房查房的時候我還特意説你去問下工作人員廁所有沒有紙巾，結果又回覆：我怎麼知道？作為一個還算有點檔次酒店的前台就不應該有這個服務
