1.辦理入住，説要按金，已經好久沒見過要按金的，攜程就算不是閃住，酒店已經很多年沒要按金的，本來打算找攜程客服，由於我夜爬泰山，剛下來沒多久，急於休息，就沒再計較。2.不管是什麼房間，我定的是所有房型裏面最便宜的，那也不至於就一個這桌子凳子其他全無，我吃東西行李，都放不下，要麼放地上要麼放床上，地毯極臟無比。3.牀頭櫃底下有大大的驚喜，我撿瓶蓋，發現一團黑東西，一看是黑絲襪，估計是82年的，很久很久，你們打掃房間真仔細，這大晚上我再換房，估計也不會給我換，誰叫我定廉價房型的嘛4.該酒店還能辦喜酒，早上四五點，就開始鬧洞房，房間幾乎沒有隔音，巨吵無比，前台安排的時候就不能結婚的人房間在一起，住店旅客稍微離遠點，反正就是不管。5.攜程顯示該酒店四星級，真假四星我不知道，服務設施管理遠遠不達標，有點店大欺客的感覺。

酒店環境不錯，隔條馬路就是復聖公園，設備設施也都比較新，服務的態度挺好。有三條建議或者説不理解的地方，第一就是號稱是掛四星的酒店，豪華大床房裡麪竟然沒有小冰箱，想喝冷飲或者是冷藏一點東西都沒機會；第二就是早餐還是偏簡單，尤其是基本上沒有肉食，培根都沒有，香腸也沒有，牛奶供應不充足，讓肉食主義的人非常非常的難受；第三就是房間的隔音非常差，可能裝修的時候就沒有考慮隔音的問題，隔音的水平大概和快捷酒店水平相似，是個人住過的號稱四星中的隔音最差的酒店。

388元不值，首先房屋隔音很差，其次前台人員服務態度奇差無比，我在辦理入住時接起電話沒完，旁邊的其他人員就在那裡看着。再就是拉着個臉，跟欠他錢似的，以後不再選擇入住了
