The rooms and facilities are average, but the pool and beach are great. English communication is smooth at the front desk, but other staff members are not very good at it. The breakfast is pretty good, with local specialties, and the restaurant is open all day. The prices for exchanging U.S. dollars and hailing a taxi in-store are reasonable. There are several small shops outside the hotel.

The equipment is quite old and the staff is not really professional. I only like the location of the beach (very beautiful). The remaining service is not satisfied. The breakfast is monotonous and does not match the 4-star rating as advertised.

It’s my first time to stay in a resort hotel and I feel very good. The environment of the hotel is really nice in every aspect. I like this hotel very much because it is close to my wife’s natal family and I will visit it often in the future.

Hotel that dates from the first period of paid holidays in Vietnam or tour operators. However the environment is magnificent, 2 beautiful large swimming pools, especially the cascading one next to the sea which is well hidden. Sad room, hard bedding, a little damp, dark with a minimum of comfort such as the fridge and the TV. Breakfast happens in the restaurant and it's just very basic, don't expect anything from the place. On the other hand, the beach is just super magnificent, white sand, turquoise sea, supervised swimming. The town of Doc Let is full of super cool places and cafes, very good, and the fruit is to die for! Not to be missed at any price!

It's the best hotel in Ninh Hoa. The facilities are good. The rice was delicious, but the breakfast was a bit lacking. It's difficult to catch a taxi with Grab

The review will be long, but structured. The only plus: - the beach under the windows and distance from the hustle and bustle. Cons: 1. Bad food. Cooked with old oil. I’m generally silent about the monotony of the menu. Twice they brought dirty utensils. 2. During the entire stay (more than 2 weeks) the bed linen was never changed 3. Food instead of a buffet, you need to order every day from a limited menu. And then wait another half hour until they bring it. 4. Even when there was a buffet, there were at most a couple of dishes to choose from and the food simply flew away in the first minutes. Although the hotel was almost empty. 5. Bathrobes, towels, old linen. The first couple of days there were no gowns until I asked. 6. The spa is not working. 7. Outside groups constantly arrived both during the day and in the evening and were given lunch or dinner in the cramped bar. Because of them, it took us even longer to bring food or they completely forgot about the hotel guests. These groups were seated by the sea, and the guests were seated near the passage, where there was no air flow at all. 8. The hairdryer turns off every minute and then comes back to life after 15 minutes. 9. They don’t provide hair balm. 10. The bathroom smells like old water. 11. Once during the day they wanted to forbid me to sit at a table closer to the sea in a bar. It's like there's a reserve. It’s good that she didn’t argue with me for a long time. Otherwise I would definitely have had a fight. In short, a complete disappointment. I have a lot of questions for the hotel management (not the staff).
