Very outdated hotel, stains on the couch, the floors and the bed. Hallways smelt terribly of smoke, breakfest was mediocre at best

Can’t believe they charge $200 a night for this place. It seems to me no investment has been made to this property in years. Will not return and do not recommend. Windows haven’t been cleaned in years. Lamp shades dusty. Some lamps didn’t work. Other lamps buzzed. Bathtub filthy from lack of deep cleaning. TV unwatchable because of fuzzy reception. Decor dated. No elevator. Wall paper torn and stained. Bed was tolerably comfortable.

We have stayed in a number of hotels in north bay for work. For the price this one has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Smells clean, sheets are clean.
Lots of sun light.
Older and outdated.
Breakfast was alright, waffles were sour.

The bathroom had mold and pink
Mildew. Staff did try to help and showed they could wipe off a section of mildew with cleaner they gave me. I ended up buying bleach to clean. Tub was full of scum. Fridge had pop in it. Stairs were worn and dirty. Floor was dirty in room. Staff were pleasant but busy so limited help.

Hot tub was not avaliable the pool was dirty the pool door was hard to get open using the room card didn't work easily. The shower walls where dirty the rooms could do with an up date. The windows in the pool area are cracked and the pool ladder isn't very safe.

What saved this trip was the staff. Amazing knowing the place is a hole. The hallways smelled like cigs and ****, the room was so damp that our sheets and clothing were wet and thus smelling very meldewy. There was not enough space in the dining room but breakfast staff was very pleasant. I will not be returning
