We were in North Bay for a medical appointment and the hotel was very close to the hospital. It was a very hot day and the ac was on in the room so we appreciated that. The room was clean. It had a bit of black along the silicone in the shower but not too bad. The room also smelled like **** but overall it was a very nice stay.

Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON. Price is competitive. I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast. Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy. Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

The hotel is super clean and inviting. Safe around the area and plenty of parking. There is not much around though so you’ll need to drive to get by

We stayed in this hotel just for 1 night, but this place is good for a longer stay as well. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, a lot of pillows. Our windows were facing the back with the nice trees showing fall colors. We went to a swimming pool, which was nice but tiny. But with only 2 of us there, it was OK. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The breakfast area is big. The only a couple of suggestions I have is to add some hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels when you are in the shower, that you don’t have to walk outside of the shower to reach it. And the fridge is so tiny, it is difficult to fit anything there. Will definitely stay there again

Really unpleasant experience, the front line staff were very friendly but the I had an issue that was escalated to the General Manager (Parth Dholakia) and he was extremely unprofessional and rigid in how he dealt with the situation. He is clearly and undeniably overemployed in his current position. Would suggest another property that values their customers.

The rooms were clean. It was a wonderful stay with a great breakfast and a pool for the kids. This was booked at the last minute to save our vacation from another absolutely awful hotel room. I commend the fantastic people at this hotel for saving our vacation.

Nice new hotel close to university, college, stores and restaurants. 4 min drive to beautiful beaches. Safe area. Includes breakfast. Will stay again.
