The hotel is nice, easy to get to from both the bus station (which we used from Belgrade) and the airport. However, the windows overlook the main street and the road, so it's quite noisy.

The location is good, it's convenient to go everywhere. There is no elevator in the hotel, and carrying luggage is a very physically demanding task. They clearly said that parking was free, but when I checked out they still charged me 50 RMB for parking and told me that parking was not free. It's a lie without negotiation. I advise everyone not to choose this hotel.

I booked on Agoda. The hotel says there is an elevator. There is NO elevator but you can walk up 5 flights with your luggage. The bathroom is a “trendy” bathroom w smoked glass door, not a real wooden door. Meaning you can hear your partner on the toilet. Fun!! ****** designed the shower. The shower will flood the entire bathroom as well as the carpeted room outside of the bathroom. There is no table in the bathroom, meaning my iPad and clean clothes were soaked by the over flowing shower. Beds are like low to the ground , military cots

Staff were not helpful. Many issues needed maintenance. Breakfast was O.K
No elevators. People with problems for climbing steps should not consider staying here!

Realy Good Experiance
It was very very good experiance for us, hotel's location is very good evem center of city, our rokm was so good and clean, staff oersons are very kindlfull and helphull, espcially I need to say our sprical thanks to Ms.Angela. I strongly advising this hotel to visitors.
