I stayed in a single room, but it was wide 々 and it was comfortable. Although the bathroom was a unit bus, it was comfortable and the distance from the toilet was kept, and both were easy to use. Also, the view of the river scenery from the room to the hotel is good. The food was delicious and the freshly fried oysters for dinner were very good. I was glad that the front desk staff remembered that I came a year ago when I checked in. It's a very nice hotel, so I always want to specify this place when I come to Nishiwaki.

I like the bath very much. I was able to do it slowly. The morning Viking was also very good and very good I will use it again.

It seems that there is a room setting that can smoke on the same floor, and I can feel the smell of cigarettes while I am doing PC in the room. I thought you would consider unifying the whole floor to one. And the mysterious thing is that the smartphone is not clean, but I want to know what reason the PC is cut every few minutes and it is connected again. Activities are spread out and reasonable size for families however coming from nz / australia feel this was more suitable for Japanese people coming from the city for an “outdoor experience”. Facilities. Activities - Pictures from website are not 100% accurate (to be expected) and felt that activities were slightly underwhelming (more suited to people who don’t normally do these types of activities) Room- premium cabin was nice, no tv (which is fine), hard bench seats in room however bed was comfy and outdoor area was nice with bbq. We had cabin Bbq and food was ok however feel that I could’ve just bought same from supermarket (I.e, tasty but nothing special). No hot water in the morning for shower. Staff are not trained for English speakers (both my son and partner speak Japanese so it was ok for me and to be expected as it’s japan however only a few were helpful to myself as an English speaker, something to be aware of if by yourself). Being a new resort, some staff gave incorrect information meaning we had to go back and forth a few times to get correct information. All in all, for the price paid I would not stay here again as I could get similar experience in other places for cheaper price. Was OK.

I stayed in a log house room on the second floor of the separate building. The twin room is spacious and you can feel the warmth of wood. It would be nice to have retro-style dimmable lighting and table/floor lamps. I was able to use not only the independent air conditioner but also the gas fan heater, so I was able to spend comfortably. In addition, I was able to sleep soundly on the fluffy duvet. I was satisfied with the full range of nice services such as a cold water pot in the room, fast Wi-Fi, EV car charging, and Hyogo trip coupons.

I used this facility for the first time on a business trip. Because it was late at night, the parking lot was forced to stop at a far location from the entrance, but there was a shopping mall in the walking distance, and it was not troubled by shopping. Throughout the stay, we were able to stay at the same quality as other route in hotel groups. (This is better than staying in a nearby facility) If you come to this neighborhood again, I would like to think as one of the options.
