There was no receptionist at the counter while we arrived, so we had to wait for a while and checked-in.
Staffs might be busy and not friendly as other hotels.

Would never recommend this hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Blood and hair and dirt all over *** room. When we left and trip com called to confirm a refund ***y *** *** ******** to say we used *** room and never reported *** filth. Hotel has been reported to health inspector and I WILL NEVER HSE TRIP CON OR RANADA AGAIN. RUN AWAY DONT HAVE HUNDREDS OF YOUR HARD EARNED FOLLARS STOLEN BY ***SE ESTABLISHMENTS

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The hotel has a bad smell. The carpets are full of stains. In the rooms the headboards are pealing off. So every morning you woke up to a heap of pealing off flacks from the headboard. There is hair on the floor and a funky smell. There is not shampoo or soap in the bathroom l.

On February 12th, I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Nisku Edmonton Airport and appreciated the convenient airport shuttle for both arrivals and departures. My room was comfortable, making it a solid and budget-friendly option for a brief stopover near the airport.

Always stay at the Ramada Hotel, before flying up to work. Room rates are usually well under $100.00 all in and free shuttle to and from Airport. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and updates are improving..Shower temps and faucets in tub could be improved but still work..Would also be nice to have extra late checkout for returning regular guests. Would reccomend to anyone!

My bedroom which was on the ground floor was very noisy. Seem to have constant water running from above me. Also, the restaurant was shut Sunday evening which meant I had to get skip the dishes..
I did not sleep whatsoever.
The lampshades have holes in them and there was no privacy. Blind curtain only the main heavy curtain so the room was dark.
