From the booking experience, a 3 night stay with half board and ferry crossing, to the daily interaction with the staff, they were everything that one would expect in the hospitality industry, they were cheerful, friendly, attentive and helpful. We stayed in a premier twin room with comfortable beds and the usual tea and coffee making facilities (together with biscuits), it was clean and serviced well every day. The choices on the menu were good and dishes well presented. Surprisingly for a hotel with such a heritage and prime location in Ryde, our room was tired and certain facilities in the room required some very basic and simple attention.
