The service, cleanliness and value were all excellent. We stayed for 6 nights in both their apar**ent and their hotel rooms and both were clean and comfortable. I really liked the beds and linens that they had. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast they offered. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Nitra.

I booked this hotel on ********** mainly for the SPA. On my reservation it was indicated in “services included” access to the spa. When I arrived, we were told that I had not reserved access and therefore could not benefit from this service... So be it. Arriving in my room, I notice a dirty place (i.e. stains on the carpet), an outdated bathroom. The worst is undoubtedly the lack of soundproofing of the place between the busy road, the parts of legs in the air and the shed in which homeless people live. The total. Clearly not worth its 4 stars.

Extremely helpful staff- polite, eager to please ( had no issue changing one of the rooms which was a bit noisy). Hotel was spotless well decorated and excellent value.
The view of the castle from the roof terrace was amazing.we would definitely recommend it.
Only slight issue was traffic noise- but if you’re tired you can sleep!

Hainburg is a small town near the Slovakian border, but it actually has a lot to see. In the 16th century, the town was invaded by the Ottoman Turks and many citizens were massacred, but many city walls and gates from that time remain.
Also, as it faces the Danube, there are riverside cafes and green spaces, making it a fun stay that is a little different from the city.
The hotel is comfortable, with good food and a good a**osphere, so it is highly recommended for an overnight excursion from Vienna.

The hotel is well located. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Very good breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. The rooms were clean and in a good condition. The only problem was the noise from other rooms. In our room, we were able to hear discussions or noise from both rooms around.

Avoid this hotel by any means. Our room was ambushed by two teenagers due to non working door lock at night, my girlfriend had a shock and hotel hasn't done anything to recover this issue or refund this nigh**are and sleepless night. Room pictures look much better than the reality, clogged shower and sink, mouldy old and worn shower cabin, bruised walls, graffitti on a sofa and terrible sound insulation. Situated on a busy road and what had to be an optional and more expensive executive suite appeared to be a worn old fashioned room with a view to a wall of another house. Worst hotel experience ever. Staff was polite but had no idea how to handle our problem snd morning shift acted as it was nothing and said "sorry". Sorry does not cover out mental experience.
