這個酒店位置不錯，房間寬敞乾淨，服務人員態度好，旁邊就有小商店，買東西方便。自助早餐很豐盛，吃的不錯。

Ужасный отель, отдал 16 тыс руб за сутки проживания ( 12 за ночь + 4 тыс руб за ранний заезд, чтобы меня в прибранный номер запустили на час раньше) Хамоватая девушка на ресепшене, также ужасно грязный номер, сняв обувь чувствовались крошки на полу, также ржавым душ.

Приехали в Хилтон Нижний Новгород. Муж сделал подарок на годовщину знакомства. О поездке узнала сегодня в обед. Честно говоря немного в шоке от Хилтона 4 звезды. Мягко говоря, уровень хромает. Фото прилагаю. Всё какое-то старое, плдреткшированное, продавленное кресло, пятна везде.

Останавливаемся в 3-ий раз, но больше не будем. Рекомендовать друзьям также перестанем. Уборки нет от слова совсем, ресепшен при поломке лифта не смог ничего сделать, культуры обслуживания нет вообще. Плюс - это ресторан, где вкусно, быстро и очень уютно ))))

Добрый день! итак,начну: 1.номера в этом отеле супер маленькие,двухместный номер с кроватью полуторкой 2.за окном идет стройка,которая ночью не прекращала работу ни на минуту,можно представить каково было спать тут 3.женщина на ресепшене при заселении сказала,что по выходным завтрак до 12:00,так же в боте отеля была такая информация.В субботу мы решили не вставать с утра пораньше и сходить на завтрак к 12,но когда мы пришли,все уже было убрано.Я подошла на ресепшен узнать на счёт этой информации,на что мне в грубой форме был дан ответ сотрудником отеля,что завтрак только до 11,тогда спрашивается какого есть информация,что они по выходным до 12????? 4.моя любимая тема-уборщицы.здесь уборщицы не простые,а золотые,они будут долбиться к вам в дверь ,пока вы не дойдете до точки кипения.видимо,спать после 10:30 для них это слишком большая роскошь,которая не позволительна гостям этого отеля В общем,вывод такой,если хотите ранние подъемы,неуважительное общение со стороны персонала,неточную информацию,то вам точно в этот отель👌🏽😉

Отель превзошел все мои ожидания! Чистые номера, удобные кровати и отличный сервис. Завтрак был великолепным, с большим выбором блюд. Расположение отеля идеальное - рядом с транспортом и достопримечательностями. Я очень доволен своим пребыванием здесь и обязательно вернусь в следующий раз!
