Wonderful hotel, we came for the holidays and had a great time. Cozy, clean, convenient location. In the very center of Nizhny Novgorod, hidden from many eyes, is the wonderful Courtyard Hotel, which welcomed us in early November with all kindness and care. We really liked everything. Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast and excellent service in the restaurant during breakfast. Everything was very tasty and fast. Due to the latest lockdown, we had dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant. Prices are reasonable, service is fast. While having a nice conversation with friends, we didn’t even notice how we sat there for 3 hours. Everything is very cozy and welcoming. Many thanks to our waitress, who advised us on the menu throughout the evening. Everything was delicious. The receptionist is always very courteous and friendly. In the evening we had the temerity to break a glass in the room; before we had time to call the reception, a maid appeared in our room and cleaned everything up in literally a couple of minutes.
