очень чисто, все рядом. Довольно тихо. И рядом с центом - все развлечения в шаговой доступности. Благодарю за гостеприимство и уют предоставленные вашим отелем. Добросовестное отношение сотрудников. В отеле чисто, уютно, соотношение цена- качество! нам все понравилось, спасибо!

Все было хорошо, все понравилось. Расположение супер, всё рядом Центр города кафе, столовая, большая покровская, кремль, чкаловская лестница, канатная дорога, набережная рукой подать! всё в пешей доступности. в номере было чисто и уютно, а еще тихо - что немаловажно.

Удобное расположение. Близко к центру. Логистика удобная. Приятный персонал,уютные номера) Отдыхал с семьей 3 ночи. Вполне удобно с маленьким ребенком. На завтра приготовили кашу и сэндвичи. Все вкусно)

Хороший небольшой отель в самом центре города. До Кремля минут 5-8 пешком. Рядом много транспорта. В номере все необходимое. Чистый санузел, хороший матрас. Вполне доброжелательный персонал. Закрытая территория.

13 марта забронировали 2-х местный номер на 6-9 мая. Пришло подтверждение. Позвонила 18 марта с уточнением, что нужно поменять дату с 6-8 мая, можно ли утром завести вещи и уехать на экскурсию, нужно ли внести предоплату? Да, вещи можно оставить, предоплата не нужна. Номер у Вас с отдельными кроватями, ваш номер администратора будет! Хотите можем предоставить номер с 2-х спальной кроватью? 3 мая позвонила предупредить, что приедем чуть раньше и вот тут нас ожидал сюрприз!! А КТО ВАМ номер забронировал? В этом номере ремонт, а я не знаю как это вам его смогли забронировать?! А я что (администратор ответила) буду спать на улице? Бронь отменяем! Т.е получается если бы я вам не позвонили и мы приехали , то МЫ! бы оказались на улице? Да, был ответ. И номеров нет и предложить ничего не можем и руководство за границей и вообще вы бронировали на прямую и предоплаты не было!. Примите типа соболезнования. Делайте выводы прежде чем бронировать этот отель, даже если с предоплатой! останетесь на улице

Pros: - great location, right in the city center, - very quiet, - clean room, - nice and friendly staff. Cons: - the feeling that the "rooms" were converted from apar**ent rooms, - the sewerage is on the pump, - the shower cabin is tiny, it is not convenient to wash if you are 190 and above, - there is no air conditioning, the table fan works. In the heat of +30° it is very uncomfortable, - the money for the room was sent to the guy from the reception on the phone, of course, without payment receipts, - the jamb moves away from the door, if you pull harder, you can tear the door along with the jamb, everything is very flimsy, - in the evening on some orange spider the size of a palm crawled into the bed. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel! Because the price and quality do not match. They gave 4000 rubles per night, in August 2022. Look for something better than a room in a converted apar**ent. P.S. We didn't take photos for the review, so the view from the bridge)))
