При бронировании отеля просили номер на тихую сторону, тк ходят трамваи , прибыли дали ключи посмотрели именно туда. Заменили на двор. Вроде нормальный 2х местный номер, нет шкафа, полы вообше не моют от заезда до отьезда, пол линолиум все видно. Пульт от телевизора взяли чинить и так за 3 дня не отдали. Столовая вообще не соответствует никаким нормам. Теперь про завтраки: готовит их человек не одетый в соответствующую одежду, на кухне бардак, завтрак 300 р,(каша, кусок масла, джем, хлеб) на эту сумму можно поесть и не проголодаться в течении дня. Не ребенку и не взрослому такого завтрака не хватит, особенно мужчинам. Сервировка оставляет желать лучшего. Замечательная девушка Татьяна, которая сидела на рецепшене все 3 дня. Милый, внимательный человек, который старался чем-то помочь клиентам. Очень далеко от центра, кремля и тд. До метро пешком минут 20, а по нечищенным дорогам и того больше.

Забронировали отель случайно, так как всё в городе было занято. Неожиданно достался номер с баней. Может, как баня, это место прекрасно. Но совершенно не приспособлено для проживания. Очень жарко. Открытые окна и холод на улице не спасли. Спать невозможно. Ну и дешёвые полотенца и постельное белье в номере при цене 12 тысяч за ночь смотрятся странно. Вывод: не надо останавливаться в номере с баней
