Удачное расположение( напротив речного вокзала и 5мин. до кремля). Номера небольшие, расположены на 3-х этажах( без лифта). Окна выходят во двор, но, там идёт ночная клубная жизнь. Завтрак в соседнем здании, идти примерно 3 мин. Для завтрака выдаются купоны на определенную сумму. Заказ в кафе по меню с доплатой, если не уложишься в сумму купона.

Заехали вечером 02.01.23 планировали жить 3 ночи. Нам дали N 8 на втором этаже. Музыка грохотала до 6 утра, т.к. в том же доме, через стенку, расположен клуб Shizgara. Стены в отеле из картона, слышно все дословно! На ресепшене пообещали, что вернут деньги за 2 ночи, если мы выедем до 12-00. В 4 утра 03.01 забронировали другой отель и в 11-40 выехали, но отель отказывается возвращать деньги! Теперь будем судиться.

Ужасная слышимость, до 06 утра - караоке и соседний ночной клуб прямо у Вас в номере, с 06 утра - началась рабочая жизнь в коридоре, т.е. прямо у Вас в номере (ведра, пакеты, уборка, свч, и т.д.), номер очень маленький, чуть больше размера кровати, ванная размером с мышиную норку, для 3* - можно, видимо, потерпеть, но не за такие деньги и если согласиться на, что спать ночью и даже утром не дадут. Но зато есть халат, тапочки…

Сам отель нормальный! Но вот под нашим номером 7 с 3-6 утра была дискотека, слышно было, как будто мы там отдыхали! Это, конечно, ужас. Нас никто не предупредил, что так будет, не смотря на то,, что мы были с детьми. Слава Богу, они спали в другой комнате, и слышно было не так сильно. На мой звонок в 3 утра администратор обещал разобраться, в 4 утра сказала, что вызвала охрану😂, но по итогу все закончилось ровно в 6 утра. Когда клуб закрылся. Ещё за это «удовольствие» в праздники заплатили 18.000 за ночь😡
