The room is very large and spacious, the kitchen facilities are very complete, and there are two bathrooms in the second bedroom and one living room. The staying experience is very good. It would be better if the washing machine has a drying function. The front desk was very welcoming.

It was a really pleasant trip. Warm welcoming from Nancy and did a quick check in for me. When I was confusing where should I visit in Nizwar, Anou gave me a full recommendation of the city patiently. I enjoyed talking to him and I will recommend him to my friends who travel next. The room is clean and tidy also the shower is strong. Definitely I will come back again in future.

I currently rent an apar**ent here and it has become home. The reception and management team are kind, welcoming and helpful. The apar**ent is clean is well maintained and the a**osphere at the hotel is homely. I work at the University and hope to stay here for many years.

Hotel chosen by the tour operator rather decentralized with a souq that cannot be reached independently. The rooms are mini apar**ents equipped with a living room and kitchen. Rather dated furnishings and less than impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast and dinner buffet not very rich with some dishes not available for all customers.

It was a really good experience,thier hospitality was excellent.The staff were very helpful.The manager Mr Anu Mathur was very kind and generous.The rooms were spacious and cozy with amazing location.I highly recommend one should definitely visit this hotel.

The best welcome in Oman. Anu our host is extraordinary, he told us about the visits, the restaurants… his priority is that we have the best stay. We will stay there again if we return to Nizwa. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and the breakfast served in our apar**ent,

This was my first stay in Nizwa, Oman and if I will ever visit again, this hotel certainly would be the place where I would stay. There are several reasons for that, to enumerate some: 1. The location is quite good, in proximity with all tourist spots (Jebel Akhdar, Nizwa Souq, Nizwa fort etc) 2. The property is neat and clean. 3. The rooms are well equipped and are decent in size. 4. The pricing is very competitive as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Last but not the least, the host, Mr. Anu Mathur, an incredible man who defines what hospitality is. He made our trip so comfortable and enjoyable, that we can't thank him enough. He was our one stop solution for every issue in Nizwa. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this property if you are visiting Nizwa.
