A little run down hotel but nice clean bed and bedding. Quality meets price. A little difficult hot water system

The staff are good and very accommodating the front desk. Clean rooms. Breakfast was direct payment to the restaurant The restaurant was improve had a good dinner. Sure Will visit next time to come in nizwa.

This property is in a very nice location. I stayed there two nights, went on my motorcycle. It is just opposite to the mall where they have Lulu and there are lot of restaurants, fast food kiosks, sweets shop and bakery around. The rooms are nice, check-in was smooth. When I entered the room there were no towels, they brought them when I asked them. This is what I'm saying they can improve and make it better. Breakfast was just basic, the restaurant was empty most of the time but then these are revenue generating areas of a hotel, I do not understand why they have kept it that way, it should be busy running, if the owner cannot run, should give it to someone on lease, at least! Wifi was good and easy to get connected. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and polite. I must say it was great value for the money I spent, there's no doubt about that! If you ask me, I will stay there again!
