Sono stato al palazzo Centro per lavoro e devo dire che gli appartamenti sono molto belli, caldi e ben strutturati, il sig Giolito è molto premuroso e simpatico! Consiglio vivamente il pernottamento presso la sua struttura Dopo la terza volta che torno in questa struttura è un po’ come se mi sentissi a casa

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo splendido posto. In pieno centro di Nizza, con park interno comodo e volendo anche coperto. Siamo stati accolti da Luigi, uno splendido padrone di casa che ti mette subito a tuo agio e ti spiega le caratteristiche del Palazzo e della stanza. Stanza pulitissima dotata di cucina macchinetta caffè e cialde a disposizione. Camera molto ampia riscaldata in modo autonomo perfettamente. I soffitti a volta e l'arredo ricercato regalano una atmosfera veramente appagante. A questo va aggiunto il graditissimo omaggio della colazione nel bar davanti. Luigi ci ha incantati con la sua dialettica e a darci ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e sopratutto dove andare a mangiare. Insomma posto consigliatissimo. GRAZIE E COMPLIMENTI

Posto consigliatissimo! Pulizia eccellente sia in camera che in bagno. Dotato di piccola cucina ben servita. Il personale è molto gentile. Parcheggio gratuito interno alla struttura, possibilità di entrare e uscire liberamente senza nessun orario.

Weekend a visitare cantine con amici. Un piccolo appartamento dotato di cucina con macchina del caffè e di ogni altro confort. Pulizia perfetta, proprietario gentilissimo e in pieno centro. Comodo perché essendo in centro a piedi si possono raggiungere ristoranti , negozi e visitare comodamente Nizza Monferrato che è davvero viva. Posto consigliato!!!

Bei Luigi war es - wie gewohnt - sehr erholsam und schön. Der altehrwürdige Palazzo liegt sehr zentral, und der Gastgeber ist in allem sehr bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten!

Ho soggiornato una notte con un gruppo di amici in questa struttura in pieno centro. E’ confortevole, le camere sono ampie, molto pulite, di recente ristrutturazione, con uso cucina e macchina del caffè. È gestito dal proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio interno gratuito, ma con disponobolità limitata di posti. Peccato per la colazione, un semplice buono per il bar di fronte, una soluzione certo molto semplice e sbrigativa, che peró toglie quel valore aggiunto che fa la differenza.
