Great hotel near Ruoff Music Center. Clean and neat. When I asked for more towels I had to go get them because they were “too busy”. Otherwise a good place to stay for a concert night.

A three-night comfortable stay to visit friends. Check-in was unremarkable. The agent wasn't very enthusiastic but efficient. The bed was comfortable, the room was fine. The halls were quiet. The breakfast was so-so. I would stay here again and would recommend it. Besides breakfast improvements, I would recommend they offer a shuttle service to the area mall and restaurants. they were just a bit too far to walk to and the location is not pedestrian-friendly. A shuttle service would have been excellent.

Alarm to front door goes off 24/7 and is cringeworthy. Never had I heard one go off at a hotel like that before. Could even hear it in the middle of the hotel on 2nd floor all.night.long.

Stay here every time I’m in town and couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! The staff is great😊 40 nights last year! I made the switch from being a long time Hilton member after my first stay at this property I was so impressed. Best IHG in Indy

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, well appointed, quiet. Breakfast was good, though the girl got a bit behind on restocking items, even when it wasn't that busy. But the selection of items was good.
