A quick stop on the way to Paris that was wonderful. The Mercure is located centrally and we were able to see the light shows around town. The people at the Mercure were helpful, friendly and very efficient. Would stay here again.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla cattedrale di Chartres. Personale disponibile e gentile, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni possibili, mappa della città, percorso di luci notturni alle principali attrazioni della città, abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'elenco dei ristoranti da loro consigliati divisi per tipologia di cucina. Le camere sono ampie confortevoli e pulite.

Large clean rooms, highly efficiency booking, check-in and check-out service, a central location and a third of the price of another central Chartres hotel who told us they didn't have parking available and provided no alternative. The Mercure gave us helpful information on local parking and we were delighted to cancel our pricey and parking-unfriendly initial choice and rebook with the Mercure. The Colombian receptionist provided excellent tips on the local illuminations. Nancy, on the cleaning staff, kindly helped me with room access. Really impressed by this hotel. If it's indicative of other Mercures I'll trust this brand.

Hotel does not have restaurant but there are many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable location is excellent in the center of city close to all attractions Hotel has no parking but there is public parking nearby. Very good hospitality

Hôtel parfait L’établissement est très bien situé, très belle décoration L accueil à la réception et aux petits déjeuner très agréables, beaucoup de sourires et de services La chambre est vraiment grande, propre , literie parfaite. Le wifi fonctionne très bien La salle de sport est parfaite Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, belle presentation, avec beaucoup de choix Un hôtel pour un week-end en amoureux parfait Bref un mercure comme on l’aime !!
